When does school start?

What time is Preschool?

• Pre-K classes meet on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:45 AM to 12:15 PM
  
  

• Younger classes meet on Tuesday and Thursday from 8:45 AM to 11:45 AM
  
  

Where do I drop off my child?

• Rooms 103 & 104: Use the car line at Door D (near the playground)
  
  

• Room 105: Use the car line at Door A (main entrance)
  Please refer to the map in your child’s folder for specific directions.
  
  

How will I know when my child is the Leader?

You’ll receive a monthly newsletter with a calendar showing the Leader for each day.

• The first name is the Leader for Room 103
  
  

• The second name is for Room 104
  
  

• The third name is for Room 105
  
  

You’ll also receive the calendar via email.

What does my child need on their Leader Day?

• A Parent Helper (see Parent Handbook for details)

How do I pay my child’s tuition?

Text TUITION to 812-867-6464 to receive a link to set up payments.
You may pay in full or set up 8 monthly recurring payments. (More details are available in the Parent Handbook.)

What should my child bring to school each day?

• A backpack
  
  

• A Ziploc bag with a change of clothes
  
  

• A jacket or coat during colder months
  
  

How do I communicate with the teachers?

We use the GroupMe app. At Open House, you’ll find a QR code to scan and join your child’s class group. You can send Direct Messages (DMs) to teachers through the app.

What should I do if my child is sick?

You’re not required to report absences, but sending a DM via GroupMe helps teachers know who to expect at school that day.

What if my child isn’t fully potty trained?

We understand this is a common concern.

• Please send your child in regular underwear; pull-ups are not permitted.
  
  

• We will support your child with regular restroom breaks and encouragement.
  
  

• If your child experiences frequent accidents, we may recommend taking a short break from school to focus on potty training at home.
  
  

• We call this “Potty Probation,” and it often motivates children to master this skill so they can return to class with their friends and teachers.
